Neoedge’s 4th CUSTOMER LOYALTY ASIA PROGRAMME & CRM SUMMIT 2012 | CALL FOR SPEAKERS | 25-26 September 2012 in Shanghai, China.

This year, as what we have been successfully doing for the past three years in our summits, all Loyalty and CRM programs featured in the event, either by our sponsors or top-notch speakers, they are simply designed with in-depth insights with the emerging and established markets in mind as we create the agenda. One that addresses the ASIAN as well as the GLOBAL best practices, strategies, approaches, techniques, innovations as well as the current and future market for loyalty and CRM in this ever changing generation of consumers.

It is still the only event in Asia themed with the agenda focused on the emerging markets. It is going to be equally relevant to the Global Brands to take advantage of the growth potentials in the emerging markets and also to have a better understanding of the local markets. The summit will be the best platform to untap the modern concepts and technologies on loyalty and implement the best practices, thus, to eventually reap the essentials of successful loyalty programs.

LARGEST Mobile Commerce gathering in Singapore this 2012

March 28, 2012 Leave a comment

Neoedge’s Mobile Commerce Summit ASIA held in Singapore for the first time, repeated its success in Malaysia in 2011

5th Mobile Commerce Summit ASIA the premier mobile commerce event in Asia, has again harnessed the main areas on mobile payments, mobile money transfer, mobile banking and NFC. The delegates were engaged at the 3-day event at The Fullerton Hotel in Singapore last 20th-22nd March 2012.

Delegates from across the globe were treated to everything they have signed up for and were all pleased with the cosiness of The Straits Room at The Fullerton, which is the event’s main conference ballroom.  This year’s delegation is the most geographically diverse since it started in New Delhi in 2008, Manila in 2010 and Kuala Lumpur in 2009 and 2011.

5th Mobile Commerce Summit ASIA is organized and hosted by Neoedge, one of the leading events company in Asia, with its events being held in five different continents. This year’s line-up of power speakers was opened by Jason Tiede, the Managing Director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch who was also Day1’s Conference Chairman. Presentations from Globe Telecoms, Google, Citi Ventures, Indonesian Telecommunications Regulatory Board Indonesia and Telkom Indonesia concluded the morning sessions.

In the afternoon, Bank of Ceylon, Standard Chartered, Al-Fardan Exchange, F1soft International, Indosat, Digi Telecommunications, Belgacom International Carrier Services, TransferTo and Citi wrapped up the second half of the first day which ended with a networking cocktail at The Post Bar of the hotel venue. According to Jhorden Niño, Group Business Development Manager at Neoedge said: “Delegates and speakers were able to have fun while maximising the networking value of their participation through this social segment of the event and everyone were much acquainted.”

The second day of the summit was opened by Conference Chairman, Christopher Dadd, CEO & Founder of ZenithMist, a UK-based company with the mission to help enterprises engage their customers effectively through mobile services. The very exciting Chairman’s address and presentation was followed by C-SAM, the event’s Official Lanyard Sponsor was represented by its General Manager, Shubhrendu Khoche.

Right after Grameenphone’s presentation, a panel discussion between YOOSE, Compuware, Sprooki Singapore, Citi Ventures on Additional Revenue Streams was moderated by Osama Al Rahma, Director and General Manager at Al-Fardan Group & Exchange.

While more engaging sessions happened in the afternoon of Conference Day2, the delegates are more and more interactive. Industry Analyst from Google took the podium and then followed by Dealised, T-Mobile Europe, Movenbank, Microenterprise Access to Banking Services (MABS), MasterCard Worldwide and Nokia Finland.

Post-Conference workshops closed the show in Day3 with C-SAM’s, Head of Sales for APAC, Elizabeth Duke led the morning workshop on creating and optimising the mobile wallet while an engaging afternoon workshop led by Christopher Dadd from ZenithMist, who, among a number of activities in the workshop,  helped the participants create their very own live mobile service.

“This is one of the most successful mobile commerce events we ever conducted. 5th Mobile Commerce Summit ASIA had a diverse set of attendees from six different continents and included both speakers and sponsors from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Digi Telecommunications, C-SAM, Globe Telecoms, Netbiscuits, Standard Chartered, Indonesian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, YOOSE, Nokia, Google, and many others.”, Niño added.

“The overall theme of the conference was, “Evaluating the best formulas for the next winning move”; everything the mobile commerce players need in order to advance on their already strong industry presence.”

Here’s one of our favourite testimonials from one of the delegates: Amanda Ngan, Operator Partnerships Manager at Centili APAC an Infobip Brand, “It was a very well organized conference and I really appreciate Neoedge’s efforts for it. Plus, you provided good speakers, good material, good food and atmosphere for the conference members. I am very glad that I was able to interact and get to know other participants during the conference where we were able to network and exchange vital information. Secondly, this conference not only met, but exceeded my expectations and I learned a great deal that I can use now at work.”
